'As you are applying Dairy Shed Effluent to land, you are required to ensure your system meets application depths and rates as required by your Resource Consent.' Applying Dairy Shed Effluent over the rate or depth specified in your Resource Consent you are in breach, this is an offence under the Resource Management Act 1991.
